The Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality documentation with an understanding of the key role it plays in a successful Tech company. You will be part of the Product Enablement Technical Writing team within Product Management who are on a mission to help customers make the best use of Marigold product capabilities. We do this through both the video content and documentation we publish internally and externally to optimize ROI and time to value for our customers. In addition you will contribute to other user and technical documentation in line with business priorities.
As part of the product enablement team you will contribute to team goals of creating valuable user content, making that content easy to find, driving content adoption and measuring success. You will support adoption of new tools and processes as the team evolves to meet the needs of the business.
