Marketing & Communications Manager
Location: Central London
COREcruitment is working with a hospitality group known for their vibrant and unique venues across London. With a portfolio that includes some of the city's most popular bars and restaurants. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to join their team. This role is crucial to the growth and visibility of our venues, requiring a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing and communications within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive footfall across all venues. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Maintain and enhance the brand reputation through effective communication strategies.
Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and online advertising. Develop engaging content and manage the company's online presence to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Content Creation & Management: Create compelling marketing content, including promotional materials, newsletters, website content, and press releases. Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners. Manage PR campaigns to secure media coverage and enhance the company's public image.
Event Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events hosted at our venues. Coordinate with event organizers and venue managers to ensure successful promotion and high attendance.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to track customer data, analyse behaviour, and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Ensure a personalized approach to customer engagement and retention.
Market Research: Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive positioning. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing activities.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
