Résumé du poste
A leading NHS Trust in Bristol is seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Worker with recent acute hospital experience. The role offers full flexibility in scheduling, ensuring continuous development in clinical practices. Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, as well as GCSE grades in English and Maths. This position involves high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate records, and working collaboratively with medical staff. Successful applicants will work on a zero-hour basis across multiple sites, ensuring excellent care for the local community.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in an acute hospital setting within the last 12 months or as a Student Nurse in second year.
- Hold NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- GCSE A*-C in English & Maths or equivalent.
Responsabilités
- Obtain consent prior to giving care as per Trust policies.
- Carry out clinical duties with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate records relating to patient communication.
