Are you an organised, professional and friendly administrator looking for a varied role in a busy school office? Following the promotion of the previous postholder, we are seeking a highly motivated Admin/Finance Officer to join our school team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our school.

About The Role

This is a diverse and rewarding position combining administrative, PA and finance-related responsibilities. You will work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, providing confidential and proactive support alongside ensuring the effective operation of the school office.

About You
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Is highly organised, flexible and able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Can use their initiative, work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Is confident using ICT systems, including Microsoft Office and Arbor (training can be provided).
  • Is numerate, accurate and able to analyse data.
  • Holds 5 GCSEs (A*-C or equivalent) including English and Maths and an advanced word processing qualification (e.g., RSA Stage III or ECDL Advanced).
