Hours: 9am-5pm Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Pay: Band 3 - £12.31 per hour, paid weekly
Contract: 6 months with potential for extension

The Role
  • Competitive Band 3 pay at £12.31 per hour, paid weekly

  • 6-month contract with potential for extension

Role Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Orthopaedics Assessment team
  • Organise patient appointments, clinic lists and electronic records
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and reception enquiries
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry
  • Assist clinicians and management with daily administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards
Essential Criteria
  • 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including Maths and English
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, scheduling systems)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Professional, reliable and patient-focused attitude
