Job description
Overview

As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations within our charity. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference in the community.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. All necessary training will be provided, all costs will be covered by E2.

The successful candidate will be expected to work from Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 3:00 pm).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as answering the telephone, responding to emails and filing paperwork.
  • Contribute to the success of the team and organization.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ideally aged between 16‑18 looking for their first job.
  • English and Maths (Level 2 Equivalent – however not compulsory as qualifications can be offered whilst completing the apprenticeship).
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Passion for making a difference in the community.
  • Be committed to completing a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship over the course of 18 months.
  • Be available to work Monday‑Friday (9:00 am - 3:00 pm).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Be willing to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
