Hours: 40 hours per week with flexibility, participation with on call is essential

Salary: £35,750 - £37,250

Essential
  • A values-driven leadership style
  • Experience supporting adults with complex behavioural need
  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support
  • QCF Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, numeracy, and digital skills
  • A deep understanding of learning disabilities and complex needs
