We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Behavioural Risk Manager.

This is a relatively new role, not just in HSBC but in the industry, offering a real opportunity to shape the methodology and make a tangible impact on HSBC's risk culture.

In this role, you will:

1. Support the Director of Risk Culture in executing risk culture objectives and embedding the Risk Culture Framework.
2. Drive the quantitative and qualitative components of the Risk Culture assessment methodology.
3. Work with the Director of Risk Culture to define and draft global standards for Risk Culture reporting and governance.
4. Provide guidance and expert advice on matters related to the Risk Culture Framework to stakeholders across all three lines of defense.
5. Facilitate 121 interviews and focus groups, and lead engagement sessions with global stakeholders.
6. Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify common themes.

To be successful, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Relevant experience or a strong understanding of Risk Culture, including assessment and enhancement.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to use qualitative and quantitative methods to analyse and investigate challenging scenarios.
4. Experience working with senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
5. Analytical, critical, and innovative thinking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex challenges efficiently.

The role is based in London, with other locations considered, and offers a hybrid working pattern.
