A leading educational services provider is looking for a Curriculum Manager based in Bristol. Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependant on experience plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday.

As a Curriculum Manager in our Ashfield College education team, you'll lead and manage the daily operations of education delivery within HMP Ashfield, helping learners gain skills that improve employability and reduce re-offending.

You'll play a vital role in shaping an innovative curriculum that meets contract requirements and supports positive outcomes for learners in custody. Your work will directly contribute to creating opportunities for growth and a better future for individuals and communities.

What you'll do as a Curriculum Manager
  • Manage and lead curriculum delivery in functional skills and vocational areas
  • Support teaching teams to deliver high-quality education across core and vocational subjects
  • Drive curriculum planning and performance analysis to meet contract targets
  • Monitor and maximise income streams while ensuring compliance with KPIs
  • Prepare for successful HMIP and Ofsted inspections
  • Oversee staffing levels, training, and development to maintain high standards
Does this sound like you?
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (DET) or PGCE (or willingness to achieve DET within 15 months)
  • A degree or equivalent experience
  • Level 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE A-C or equivalent)
  • Experience working with learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) / LDD and ND.
  • A proven ability to manage challenging behaviour and deliver positive outcomes
Vetting and checks:

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
