A leading gas utility provider is seeking a Vulnerability Trainer to empower colleagues and stakeholders through impactful training on key areas like carbon monoxide safety, fuel poverty, and energy efficiency. We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join Northern Gas Networks (NGN) as a Vulnerability Trainer. In this pivotal role, you will empower internal colleagues, external stakeholders, and partners by delivering training that raises awareness and builds competency around vulnerability. Your work will cover key areas such as carbon monoxide safety, fuel poverty, energy efficiency, affordable warmth, Priority Services Register (PSR), and promoting life‑enhancing services like the locking cooker valve.
Training will be delivered in line with our Customer Vulnerability and Competency Framework, using a blended approach that includes e‑learning modules, face‑to‑face sessions, and virtual learning. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a requirement for this role, as travel will be expected across our network
