A charity supporting children with complex needs is seeking a Night Care Assistant in Hertfordshire. In this role, you will provide essential overnight care for young people, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. No prior experience is necessary; full training will be offered. Key responsibilities include personal care, health monitoring, and completing care records. The position offers competitive pay, a 4 nights on/4 nights off rota, and numerous employee benefits including subsidized transport and on-site accommodation.
Location: St Elizabeth's Centre, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire Pay: £14.41 - £14.97 per hour (£28,105 - £29,186 per annum) Hours: 44 hours per week Shift pattern: 4 nights on / 4 nights off Hours: 8:15pm - 7:15am

As a Night Care Assistant in our Children's Residential Services, you'll support young people aged 5-19 during the overnight period.
St Elizabeth's Centre is in a rural location. Reliable transport is essential, particularly for night shifts. Subsidised staff transport and free parking are available.
