A specialist SEN school in Chertsey is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist for an immediate start. Tempest Resourcing is currently working in partnership with a specialist SEN school in Chertsey to recruit a qualified Speech and Language Therapist for an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team within a well‑resourced setting that caters for children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, speech and communication difficulties, and associated learning needs.
- Deliver high‑quality speech and language therapy to pupils across the school
- Assess, plan, and implement individualised therapy programmes
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to support pupil progress
- Contribute to EHCP targets and review processes
- Support pupils' communication, social interaction, and emotional development
- Holds a recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- Is HCPC registered
- Has experience working with children and / or young people with SEN (school‑based experience preferred)
- Demonstrates strong communication, organisational, and collaborative skills
- Is available to start ASAP
- Pay in line with the qualified therapist scale, dependent on experience
