An exciting opportunity has arisen for two experienced Speech and Language Therapists to join the Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy team in Cambridgeshire as Team Leads. In these roles, the post holders will work independently to provide highly specialist input across outpatient clinics, home visits, and community hospital wards, delivering expert assessment and intervention for adults with complex communication and swallowing needs. Alongside clinical responsibilities, the post holders will oversee a small team of therapists and clinical assistants within the Cambridgeshire or Huntingdon locality, ensuring high standards of care and professional development. There may also be scope for the successful candidates to continue to work with a specialist caseload relating to their prior experience, or to explore and develop a new area of specialism, offering both leadership and growth opportunities within a supportive and dynamic team.
