This position will directly impact growth and strategy implementation. The M&A Analyst will support the identification, evaluation, and execution of acquisition opportunities aligned with the organisation's strategic growth plan. Working closely with the Commercial Director and teams, this role involves supporting the full transaction lifecycle, from market scanning and deal origination to financial modelling, due diligence, deal execution, and post-acquisition review. It is a pivotal role in a high-growth organisation with a strong acquisition pipeline and ambitious expansion goals over the next 5-10 years.
