Job summary
A leading facilities management firm based in Heathrow is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead minor works, refurbishment, and MEP projects. You will be responsible for managing design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and the successful handover of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Ideal candidates should have proven experience with NEC contracts and a relevant construction or engineering qualification. This is a contract position offering a day rate of £400pd - £450pd, outside IR35.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering minor works / MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (or equivalent) contract conditions.
- Understanding of health & safety (CDM), quality, and project governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead minor works, refurbishment, and MEP projects under NEC contracts.
- Manage design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
