Digital Product Management Specialist

Location: J&J Pinewood, Wokingham (hybrid working)

Duration: 12 months

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Imagine your next project supporting B2B digital communications for a key business within the iconic Johnson & Johnson Vision, strengthening customer experience and deploying digital projects to enhance business performance.

The digital role will support B2B digital communications, ensuring our key messages are distributed through digital channels. In addition, this role will support the roll-out of new digital capabilities as required, to strengthen customer experience within the UK Vision Business, deploying key B2B digital projects to enhance business performance. This is a key position to support our strategic intent to drive business performance and deliver leading digital communications. The individual will play a central role in embedding digital marketing initiatives to deliver greater value to Eye Care Professionals and consumers.

role and responsibilities

Working alongside the UK and EMEA teams, the successful candidate will be dedicated to specific projects This will involve:

• Implement B2B digital communications predominantly through websites, ecommerce and email
• Review performance metrics to identify and implement content and journey improvements that will drive effectiveness
• Introduce new technologies to enhance programmes
• Lead the implementation and tracking of the Vision site for Johnson & Johnson professional B2B digital communications
• Work with professional communications team to establish key digital needs and champion B2B digital delivery
• Responsible for implementation of B2B digital content optimisations and functionality updates
• Deploy available technology to deliver effective customer journeys
• Analyse metrics, track and measure performance to drive ROI
• If needed, lead specific B2C consumer communication projects and deploy new digital functionalities to drive the consumer journey and adoption of contact lenses
• Delivering digital fundamentals across all platforms to support business performance
• Drive digital focus and reduce complexity
• Assist the team with feasibility reviews and operational project delivery within each project assignment, including supporting UK market roll-out and execution.

how to succeed

This role will require a digital background to understand the effective deployment of professional communications and integration of functionalities to improve the Consumer and Professional Experience. The role also demands marketing communication skills to ensure content execution is engaging and effective. Working with the wider team, this individual would develop content in line with brand guidelines and lead internal content approval processes as required.

You will also bring:

• Digital understanding and experience (bachelor's degree are highly regarded).
• Exceptional verbal, numerical and analytical skills essential
• Experience working in digital marketing with an understanding of consumer and professional marketing communications. Healthcare experience would be valuable
• End-to-end project management experience
• Fluency in the integrated marketing communications and the role digital plays in the consumer and professional experience and cross-channel marketing mix
• Understanding of the digital ecosystem and how web, mobile, social, search and e-commerce channels work together to optimize behavior, acquisition and sales
• Familiarity with audience segmentation and experience with web measurement/analytics
• Systems experience with ContentStack and SFDC particularly valuable
• Able to be an individual contributor, willing and eager to work in a hands-on capacity
• Self-starter able to make an immediate impact
• A team-builder with a passion for working with creative people
• The ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies
• Exceptional writing, communication/presentation in English
• Influencing skills

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 12 month period and has a strong chance of extension. Hybrid working style (3 days on site).
