- Oversee financial management activities including reporting and compliance.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements including P & L, balance sheet, cash flow.
- Manage tax compliance and coordinate annual audits.

You will oversee the company's financial management activities, including financial controllership, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. Your expertise will ensure robust financial processes, accurate reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements (P & L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Develop and enforce accounting policies, internal controls, and processes.
- Manage tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, statutory filings).
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Support business planning and annual budgeting.
- Prepare detailed budgets and monitor performance.
- Design and implement financial reporting frameworks.
- Deliver monthly management reports for leadership teams.
- Develop cost analysis frameworks and identify key business drivers.
- Recommend strategies for cost optimization and efficiency.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Degree in Finance or related field.
- Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent business acumen and analytical capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting policies and financial regulations.
- Expertise in VAT and compliance requirements.
- Timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Identification and implementation of cost‑saving opportunities.
- Salary: £60,000.
- Pension: 5% employer contribution, 3% employee contribution.
