Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Insurance Account Handler role is essential.
• Construction insurance experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and ensure their insurance needs are met.
• Prepare forecasts and targets in conjunction with the manager.
• Work closely with Account Executives to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure documentation is clear and accessible.
• Comply with FCA principles and internal procedures.
• Assist with London Market placements.
