We’re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Bury St. Edmunds office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. • £28300 to £35800 OTE per annumBreaks down as: £20000-£27500 basic salary dependant on experience, plus additional £8300 uncapped commission target

What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bury St. Edmunds

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bury St. Edmunds

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
• If you prefer to drive an automatic vehicle, you are required to have full access to your own vehicle so that it can be used for work purposes
• Vehicle must beless than10 years old
• Full business-use car insurance cover (if using your own vehicle)
