Join a trusted name in water pump service with over 50 years of experience. Policy Well & Pump is hiring a Well Pump Technician to perform service, maintenance, repair and installations of residential and light commercial well systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair well pumps, motors, and control systems

• Diagnose and repair well pumps, pressure tanks, and control systems

• Perform routine maintenance on pump systems to ensure optimal performance

• Troubleshoot low water pressure, pump cycling issues, and electrical control failures

• Conduct pressure tests and inspections of well components

• Complete detailed service reports and job documentation

• Respond to emergency service calls and participate in rotating on-call weekends

• Adhere to all safety protocols and state water system regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the well pump service industry

• Valid, clean driver’s license

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently in the field and in all weather conditions

• Good communication and customer service skills
