Job summary
A leading NHS Trust in the UK is looking for a Sister / Charge Nurse to oversee the Endoscopy team. This role involves managing patient care, coordinating team activities, and ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines. Candidates must be registered nurses with NMC registration and have relevant teaching or mentorship qualifications. A commitment to high standards of care and effective communication skills are essential. Salary ranges from £38,682 to £46,580 per annum pro rata, with benefits including learning opportunities and NHS pension.
