Job summary

A leading training organization in Manchester is seeking an Early Years Skills Coach/Tutor to inspire and support apprentices. This full-time, permanent role involves delivering dynamic training sessions, one-on-one coaching, and assessing learner portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a background in Early Years with at least three years of experience and a Level 3 Teaching Qualification. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in Early Years sector.

• Assess apprentices’ portfolios and provide feedback.
• Monitor progress and help learners achieve goals.
