This role offers exposure to a diverse range of employment law matters, advising clients on strategic solutions while representing them in disputes and negotiations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment law and be able to work cohesively alongside other senior team members, supervise juniors and maintaining your own caseload. Key responsibilities include:

- Representing clients in employment tribunals and litigation proceedings.
- Drafting employment contracts, policies, and supporting documentation.
