Qualifications

• 0–2 years' relevant claims handling experience.
• Experience of MOJ/OIC portal claims handling preferred but not essential.
• Litigation or credit hire experience within motor claims preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of MOJ and OIC portal claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation.
• Draft and review key documents including defences and witness statements.
• Liaise directly with clients, claimants, and third parties.
