A leading national law firm in Bristol is seeking a Public Law & Human Rights Solicitor with NQ - 4 PQE to join their highly regarded team. The focus of this role is on protecting the rights of vulnerable adults through understanding mental capacity issues and handling health and welfare applications. Candidates should have experience in Court of Protection work and possess strong communication skills. Formación
NQ - 4 PQE in a relevant legal field.
Experience dealing with health and welfare applications.
Ability to represent vulnerable adults in sensitive matters.
Responsabilidades
Handle mental capacity issues under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Assist with health and welfare applications, including medical treatment.
Support families and professionals with deputyship matters.
Conocimientos

This role centres on protecting the rights of vulnerable adults and ensuring their voices are heard in some of the most sensitive and life changing decisions affecting their health, care and personal autonomy.
The Work
Mental capacity issues under the Mental Capacity Act 2005
Health and welfare applications, including medical treatment and residence
Deputyship matters supporting families and professionals
