Overview

We are seeking a UK and European Patent Attorney (up to 5 years PQE) with an undergraduate qualification in computer science, physics or electrical engineering to join a dynamic IP practice group within an international law firm.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications across electronics, software and medical devices.
  • Provide opposition and contentious work with clients, including litigation and transactional matters.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Collaborate on strategy, negotiations and multi-jurisdictional litigation.
Qualifications
  • UK and European Patent Attorney (up to 5 years PQE).
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, physics or electrical engineering.
  • Experience with cellular technology and AI work is advantageous.
  • Strong client focus and stakeholder management skills.
