Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel will be:
- Providing end-to-end legal support to other departments and teams within the unit.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements (largely sales, procurement).
- Supporting with corporate governance.
- Managing relationships with core stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Legal Counsel should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with around 8‑10 years PQE in England & Wales.
- Skilled in commercial contracts drafting and negotiation.
- Experienced from private practice and in-house.
- Experienced in industrial, engineering, or tech environments (desirable).
- A proactive business partner with strong communication and advocacy skills.
- Committed to integrity and adept at working in diverse, complex international settings.
