A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Post Completions Assistant to support its Property Department in Banbury, Leamington, or Coventry. The role involves managing post-completion work and ensuring smooth processes for clients. The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of experience in Residential Conveyancing, a strong understanding of conveyancing and Land Registry processes, and excellent communication skills. We are looking for an experienced Post Completions Assistant to support our clients busy Property Department based in either Banbury, Leamington or Coventry.
You will handle all matters from completion through to file closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients and fee earners.
