Are you an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or CILEx professional looking for your next career move?
The Role:
- Deliver expert legal services to our clients, ensuring compliance with Court of Protection (COP) and Trusts regulations
- Manage and supervise fee earners and support staff, ensuring departmental standards are met
- Record all chargeable and non-chargeable time efficiently, supporting business goals and financial objectives
- Market our services through networking, article writing and updating website content to ensure legal accuracy
- Maintain Lexcel compliance, keeping department procedures and client communication up to standard
- Attend relevant training and conferences to stay up to date with industry developments
- Ensure firm-wide compliance, including policies on anti-money laundering, IT, health & safety and client care
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with at least 2 years PQE
- Previous experience in Court of Protection law
- Strong knowledge of Trusts and Personal Injury matters
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment
- A professional and confident approach to client interactions, networking and marketing
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
