Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a caseload of complex data breach and cyber incident claims
  • Provide strategic legal advice during live cyber incidents, including ransomware attacks and data exfiltration events
  • Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and case handlers
  • Collaborate with technical experts to deliver integrated incident response solutions
  • Develop and enhance CyXcel's cyber‑focused legal products and services
  • Ensure compliance with client SLAs and internal governance standards
  • Produce high‑quality reports and legal documentation under pressure
  • Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning in cyber law
About You

You are a qualified solicitor (6+ years PQE) with a keen interest in cyber incident response. You thrive in high‑pressure environments and are motivated by the challenge of helping clients navigate complex crises.
