The successful candidate will demonstrate proven expertise in debt litigation, managing complex case files from initial instruction through to resolution. They will provide clear, strategic advice to clients, draft and review legal documentation with precision, and represent parties effectively in court proceedings. In addition, they will oversee junior colleagues, ensuring high standards of case preparation and compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders such as barristers, creditors, and regulators. A commercial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to balance assertiveness with diplomacy will be essential to achieving successful outcomes.
