Job title: Property Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor

Location: Oxford

Salary: £70,000-£95,000+

PQE Level: 5+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

A market leading L500 firm seeks an experienced Property Litigation Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join a top‑tier, nationally recognised Real Estate Litigation team. Acting for a wide range of commercial businesses, institutions, landed estates and individuals, the team is consistently ranked in the leading directories and offers exposure to high‑quality, complex work.

You will work closely with a Chambers‑ranked Partner on significant matters while also managing your own caseload. The team regularly advises on telecoms disputes, break clauses, rights of light, breach of covenant claims, misrepresentation, frustration and option disputes, as well as all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant issues.

Responsibilities and Experience
  • 5+ PQE (or more/less considered)
  • Experience in the Telecommunications sector and knowledge of the Telecommunications Code is particularly advantageous
  • Manage own caseload and work closely with senior partners
