• An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join an established team and progress quickly through the ranks with the support of experienced lawyers.
• The successful candidate will have at least 12 months PQE in Corporate Law, gained in a national or regional law firm and will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen, with client focus and exceptional communication skills.
• You will join a Corporate team that advises clients across the UK and internationally on matters including private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and business sales
