Job summary
A reputable law firm located on the Devon/Somerset border is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to handle clinical negligence cases. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in clinical negligence law, with opportunities for training and mentoring from a renowned partner. This role offers a competitive salary, up to 2 days WFH per week, and a chance to develop a niche in clinical negligence.

What will you do?
- Handle claimant clinical negligence work, including:
- Complex birth injury cases, orthopaedic negligence, misdiagnosis issues, and cosmetic surgery claims
- Regularly act against NHS hospitals, GPs, and international pharmaceutical and medical device companies
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- Up to 3 years PQE within clinical negligence law
- If a Newly Qualified Solicitor, some clinical negligence experience is preferred
