Job summary
A leading law firm in Nottingham is looking for a candidate interested in real estate to join their team. The role involves setting up extranets and assisting with documentation under senior supervision. Candidates with previous experience as legal administrators or paralegals are encouraged to apply, though training will be provided. This position offers a salary of GBP24-27k depending on experience, working Monday to Friday, with opportunities for progression and wider responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a legal administrator, assistant, or paralegal is advantageous.
- Experience within real estate/property law is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience in office procedures and filing systems.
Responsibilities
- Setting up extranets datarooms for affordable housing disposals.
- Assisting with documentation preparation under senior supervision.
- Dealing with completion and post-completion transactions.
