Job summary
A top-tier legal firm in Cardiff is seeking a Chartered Legal Executive for a maternity cover role. You will handle a diverse range of personal injury and industrial disease claims, from pre-action to settlement or trial, and engage with clients immediately. The ideal candidate is a qualified legal executive with at least 1 year of PQE and experience managing similar caseloads. This role offers excellent salary, flexible working options, and exposure to high-quality cases.

Responsibilities
- Manage and progress various PI and industrial disease claims.
- Attend hearings and support ADR/settlement negotiations.
- Prepare trial-ready bundles and liaise with counsel.
