Job summary
A leading corporate services provider is seeking a Legal Professional to support their business operations outside of the UK, particularly in EMEA. The role involves providing high-quality legal services, drafting contracts, and offering advice across the global business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum PQE requirement and demonstrate technical legal expertise, effective communication skills, and innovative problem-solving abilities. The position allows for hybrid working with flexible arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Support the business by providing high quality legal services.
- Draft and review contracts including commercial arrangements and IT agreements.
- Conduct legal research as required.

About The Role
Team Legal
Working Pattern - Hybrid 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

Supporting the Vitality Group business by providing high quality legal services, with a focus on Vitalitys partner markets outside of the UK (particularly EMEA). The role involves building a function that generates trust and confidence within its stakeholders and providing support to the Legal Team.
- Reviewing and drafting a range of contracts, including: strategic commercial arrangements (JVs, SPAs, partnership agreements); IT agreements; and general third party supplier agreements
- Provide advice and support to all areas of Vitalitys global business
- Undertake legal research as required
