About The Role

Team Legal

Working Pattern - Hybrid 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

What this role is all about

Supporting the Vitality Group business by providing high quality legal services, with a focus on Vitalitys partner markets outside of the UK (particularly EMEA). The role involves building a function that generates trust and confidence within its stakeholders and providing support to the Legal Team.

Key Actions
  • Reviewing and drafting a range of contracts, including: strategic commercial arrangements (JVs, SPAs, partnership agreements); IT agreements; and general third party supplier agreements
  • Provide advice and support to all areas of Vitalitys global business
  • Undertake legal research as required
  • Reviewing and drafting a range of documentation, including terms and conditions, product documentation and marketing materials
