A Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm with a prolific property practices across SE London and London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Cilex/ Licenced Conveyancer to join its highly regarded residential conveyancing team.

The Role

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, delivering an exceptional standard of client care and playing an active role in the continued growth of the department.

Work includes:

• Sale and purchase (conveyancing)
• Equity release
• Mortgages and remortgages
• Transfer of equity
• Right to Buy and shared ownership
• New build transactions
• Acting for freeholders and leaseholders
• Pre-auction advice
• Loan agreements

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload with autonomy and accountability
• Providing clear, proactive communication and outstanding client care
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers, and estate agents
• Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives
• Supervising and supporting junior or support staff where applicable
• Meeting and exceeding billing targets

About You

• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE (or equivalent)
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEx)
• Proven experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently
• Strong track record of client service and relationship building
• Experience using case management systems
• Commercially minded a strong record of excllent billings
