A prestigious US law firm in London is seeking a proactive CLO Paralegal to join their Financial Restructuring & Enforcement group. This role involves drafting contracts for CLO transactions, managing closings, and liaising with clients. The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education and at least one year of paralegal experience, preferably with CLO transactions. This position offers a competitive salary and hybrid working arrangements.

Responsabilités
- Draft and amend contracts and agreements for CLOs and finance transactions.
- Manage transaction processes and closings across finance deals.
- Liaise with clients and maintain internal documentation.
