Role

• Join a highly successful Utilities Team which has nationwide clients throughout the UK and who are looking to recruit to take forward their ambitious plans for the future
• The team specialise in high volume, time-critical property transactions for utility network operator clients as well as assisting developer clients with their utility transactions
• Maintain a case load working on a wide variety of property transactions for utility companies or landowners
• An excellent opportunity for an ambitious property lawyer in a firm which enjoys an excellent reputation and can offer good career prospects

You

• NQ-3 PQE withwith strong background in residential or commercial property
• Commercially astute, technically excellent, and confident in managing complex transactions
• Play a key role in the growth and development of the team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ideally with experience or a demonstrable interest in the utilities, infrastructure, or energy sectors
