The Private Client Solicitor will be:
- Advising and supporting vulnerable clients and their families
- Managing financial affairs, benefits, and care contributions
- Preparing deputy reports, Court of Protection applications, Wills, and LPAs

- Contributing to business development, mentoring, and team initiatives
The Successful Applicant
The Private Client Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE
- Experienced in Court of Protection and Deputyship matters
- Knowledgeable in the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Care Act 2014
- Empathetic, organised, and a strong communicator
- A team player with leadership potential and a proactive mindset
