A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced M&A transactional Associate for a prestigious US Private Equity firm based in London. This role is focused on transactions and demands strong experience in complex cross-border M&A. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years PQE in a Tier 1 law firm and a solid academic background. An elite US Private Equity firm, is looking for a strong, private practice qualified M&A transactional Associate to join their London based team. The role is purely transactions focused, suitable for a driven deals lawyer, and, will sit within the investment team.
The team require an experienced associate from a Tier 1 global law firm's M&A or Private Equity practice.
