Overview

Our Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked client is seeking a 2–4 year PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in debt recovery litigation.

The Credit Solutions team acts for utility suppliers, government bodies, financial institutions, commercial businesses, and insolvency practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on the merits of litigation at early stages.
  • Act for clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings.
  • Handle insolvency actions (bankruptcy, winding-up, etc.).
  • Manage non-contentious probate work, including:
    • Obtaining grants on behalf of creditors.
    • Assisting with estate administration.
  • Draft, review, and manage litigation documents.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to progress matters efficiently.
