You’ll have the autonomy to develop your skills and client relationships, while being supported by a collaborative and approachable leadership team.
Your work will include:
- Managing a diverse caseload of pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL and disease claims
- Conducting detailed investigations, assessing liability and preparing robust defences
- Liaising effectively with clients, opposing solicitors, witnesses and courts
- Advising on all aspects of personal injury litigation and insurance law
- Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value claims
- Assisting with client development, training sessions, and networking events
This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in Insurance Litigation and play a key role within one of Scotland's most respected legal teams.
- NQ-3 years' PQE with experience in Insurance Litigation or Personal Injury (Pursuer or Defender)
- Proven ability to manage EL/PL claims; exposure to motor, fraud, or disease cases is advantageous
- Strong understanding of Scottish Court procedures, including the Sheriff Court and Court of Session
- Excellent case management, organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
- A genuine team player who also thrives with autonomy and client contact
