This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified to mid-level Solicitor (up to around 4 years' PQE) looking to take on complex, high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You'll join a team that specialises in handling a wide range of defended and technical cases, including:

• Mortgage recoveries and possession proceedings

• Defended money claims and title disputes

• Satisfactory quality and breach of contract matters

• Guarantor and conversion claims

• Innocent purchaser and bankruptcy disputes

You'll manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision, advising clients, drafting key documents and delivering a first-class legal service across diverse and challenging work.

About You

• NQ - 4 years PQE, orFILEXqualified (debt recovery or commercial litigation experience advantageous)

• Experience withCPR and case managementsystems

• Familiarity withmotor commission, unsecured lending, or mortgage recoveriesis beneficial

• Strong communication skills, adaptable and client-focused

• A proactive approach to personal and professional development
