We are seeking an Associate/Senior Finance Lawyer to join an elite US law firm on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract (FTC). The role involves supporting a busy Leveraged Finance / Private Credit team during a peak workload period.
The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with a 3/2 split. Candidates should have 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
To be considered, applicants must be qualified lawyers with experience in leveraged finance practices at a top-tier firm. Strong technical knowledge of relevant transactions and documentation is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
