THE ROLE

The role requires an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join a thriving and busy disputes team. As the appointed Litigation Lawyer, you can expect to deal with a varied caseload of matters along with some high-quality matters. The successful Litigation Lawyer will be gaining exposure to a range of litigation matters including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation, contentious probate and construction disputes as well as commercial disputes.

THE CANDIDATE

Suitable Litigation Lawyers will have at least 12 months experience gained within a regional law firm renowned for their litigation offerings. You will have gained exposure to wide and varied caseload of dispute related matters including contract disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, debt recovery, shareholder and partnership disputes. With an excellent reputation for advising on all types of litigation matters, you will be well thought of within the local market and will have gained relevant experience within an established practice renowned for their litigation offerings. You will as the appointed Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive possess the ability to undertake business development and networking activities. Newly qualified solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within disputes during their training contract.
