You will work with diverse clients, including companies, partnerships, charities, healthcare providers, and agricultural businesses.

Typical matters include:

• Succession planning
• Asset and business sales
• Mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
• Re-organisations
• Partnerships and shareholder agreements
• Investments
