As a (Junior) Legal Counsel Sanctions (m/f/d), you will play a vital role in safeguarding Fresenius Medical Care’s global operations against sanctions-related risks. You will provide legal advice on international sanctions compliance, monitor regulatory developments, and support the implementation of effective risk mitigation strategies. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help design and maintain robust sanctions governance frameworks, assess business models for compliance, and contribute to due diligence processes.
